Subject: Corrigendum to guidelines regarding utilization of Funds generated in the

Urban Development Authorities under various heads;

Reference: Circular No. UDD 04 TTP 2019 dated: 01.03.2019

In the Circular No. UDD 04 TTP 2019 dated: 01.03.2019, the following shall be

substituted as given below.

III.FUND:

Fees collected in lieu of Parks and Open spaces.

1. Source:

i.

Funds collected in lieu of Park and Open Spaces as per Government

Notification No. UDD 522 MYAPRA 2005,dated 10.03.2006

ii.

Presently, If any Planning Authority is permitted to collect the fees in lieu of Parks

and Open spaces.

iii.

Interest generated from (i) and (ii)

NOTE:

1. The utilization under Sl.No-I FUND shall be as per Rule 37-A(1)(C) of the

Karnataka Planning Authority (Amendment) Rules 2019 and

2. The utilization under Sl.No.IV FUND shall be as per Rule 37-C of the Karnataka

Planning Authority (Amendment) Rules 2021
