NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13-E of the Karnataka Town

and Country Planning Act, 1961, the Government of Karnataka proposes to make

amendments to Zonal Regulations of Master Plan 2021 of the Local Planning Area

of Puttur Town Planning Authority approved by the Government vide Order

No.NaAaE-34-BeRuPra-2007 Bengaluru, dated: 26-06-2007.

Any objections or suggestions from the public on this amendment may be

addressed to the Secretary to Government, Urban Development Department, Vikasa

Soudha,

Bangalore-560

001,

within

thirty

days

of

this

publication.

Objections/Suggestions received after the stipulated date will not be considered by

the State Government.

DRAFT REGULATIONS

1. Title & Commencement: (1) These regulations may be called the Puttur

Town Planning Authority Zonal Regulations-(Amendment) 2023.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official

Gazette.

2. Amendment to Table 3
