PROCEEDINGS OF THE GOVERNOR OF KARNATAKA

PREAMBLE:

Shri. Basavaraj Bommai, Chief Minister of Karnataka, in his letter

dated 13-05-2023 has tendered his resignation to the Office of the Chief Minister of

Karnataka. Hence, the following order:

ORDER NO GS.38 GOB 2021, DATED 13^TH MAY, 2023

In exercise of the powers vested in me under Article 164(1) of the Constitution

of India, I Thaawarchand Gehlot, Governor of Karnataka, hereby accept the resignation

of Shri. Basavaraj Bommai as Chief Minister of Karnataka. Consequently, the Council

of Ministers headed by him stands dissolved.
