NOTIFICATION

Whereas the draft further to amend the Zonal Regulations of Puttur Local

Planning Area, approved by Government. Which the Government of Karnataka

proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13-E of the

Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963), was

published in Notification No. UDD 372 MYAP 2022(E), dated 16.01.2023 in part 4A

of Karnataka Gazette dated 16.01.2023 objections and suggestions from all persons

likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in

Official Gazette.

And whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 16^th

January 2023 and whereas no Objections or Suggestions have been received by the

State Government.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13E of the

Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963), the

Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following regulations, namely:-

REGULATIONS

1. Title & Commencement: (1) These regulations may be called the Puttur

Town Planning Authority Zonal Regulations-(Amendment) 2023.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official

Gazette.

2. Amendment to Table 3

i. The table 3 shall be substituted as under
