Preamble:
In the government order read at Sl.No. (1) above, it was ordered
prescribing the cadre strength by creating four Regional Commissioners’
Offices along with the auxiliary staff at Bengaluru, Mysuru, Gulbarga and
Belagavi in order to execute revenue and developmental works of the State.
In the order read at Sl.No. (3) above, it was ordered to create the
Revenue Commissionerate at State level and the post of Revenue
Commissioner (Revenue, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation
and Social Security) in I.A.S Cadre which is not below the rank of I.A.S. Super
Time Scale/ Selection Grade to the Commissionerate to perform the work
citizen friendly with the objective of simplifying the work process and
increasing the efficiency and decentralizing the power in the interest of the
Administration.
In the order read at Sl.No. (4) above, it was ordered by notifying about
creation of the Revenue Commissionerate, work allotment, recruitment of
posts, offices going to be merged with the Revenue Commissionerate,
offices/ posts getting transferred to the Revenue Commissionerate and the
posts created newly.
Out of the different cadre posts in 4 Regional Commissioner
Offices of the State which have been ordered in the order read at Sl.No.
(1) above, 21 posts have been shifted to BhoomiMonitoring Cell as per
order read at Sl.No. (2) above and 30 posts have been shifted to Revenue
Commissionerate as per the orders read at Sl.No. (4) and (5) above. Therefore,
the Revenue Commissioner (Revenue, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and
Rehabilitation and Social Security) has submitted a proposal to issue an
order revising the cadre strength of Office of the Regional Commissioner.

Further, a consultation has been made with the Finance Department
about creation of Revenue Commissionerate, allocation of work and posts
thereof and details of cadre strength going to be revised in the offices of the
Regional Commissioner is as follows:
