NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso to Rule 15-A of the

Karnataka Excise Licences (General Condition) Rules, 1967, Government hereby

specify that “Kara-Samadhana” (i.e., waiver of interest) Scheme-V as detailed in the

Government Order No: FD 03 PES 2023 dated: 05.10.2023 annexed to the

Notification No: FD 03 PES 2023, dated:05.10.2023 is extended up to 31.03.2024.
