CORRIGENDUM

In the Guidelines issued in respect of the implementation of the Code of Civil

Procedure (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2023 (Karnataka Act No.08 of 2024) vide

No. LAW-LCE/229/2023 (P-1) dated 04.03.2024, the words “the Government of

Karnataka is hereby notified by Government of Karnataka as under” shall be read

as “the Government of Karnataka hereby specified as under”
