Quorum:-

212. (1) Except where otherwise provided, the Quorum to constitute a sitting of the

Committee shall be atleast 3 Members and at the time of examination of the report of

the Committee, the Quorum shall be, as near as may be, one-third of the total number

of Members of the Committee.
