NOTIFICATION (07/2024)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Goods

and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 02 of 2024), the

Government of Karnataka hereby appoints.-

(a)

the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, as the date on

which the provisions of sections 6, 30, 35 and 37 of the said Act shall come into

force; and

(b)

the 1^st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to

5, 7 to 29, 31 to 34 and 36 of the said Act shall come into force.
