In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 271(1) read with Section 308 of the

Karnataka Grama Swaraj and Panchayat Raj Act, 1993, Article 243-K of the Constitution of India

and all other powers enabling it in this behalf the State Election Commission is pleased to authorise

the Officer specified in Column-1 of the Table to exercise all the powers of the Requisitioning

Authority under the provisions of Section 271, 272, 273, 274, 275 and 276 of the said Act within the
