NOTIFICATION

The Government of Karnataka by virtue of its powers conferred under section

14(1)(c), (d) & (e) of the Wakf Act, 1995 (Amended, 2013) and Rule 39 & 40 of the

Karnataka Wakf Rules, 2017 notifies that the persons noted hereunder are nominated

by the State Government as Member of the Karnataka State Board of Auqaf. They

shall hold the office as the Member of the Board for a period of Five years under

section 15 of the Wakf Act, 1995 (Amended, 2013) or until further orders.
