NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the Power conferred under Section 13-E of the Karnataka Town

and Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 2004, the Government of Karnataka has

Notified the Draft regulations vide notification No. UDD 145 GUA 2024,

dt:26.08.2024 published in the Karnataka State Gazette on 20.12.2024 to make

amendments to Zonal Regulations of Master Plan (R-II) 2021 of the Local Planning

Area of Kalaburgi approved by the Government vide Order No.UDD 59 GuAaPra

2008, dated:01.12.2010 & Amendment order No.UDD 59 GuAaPra 2010,

dated:09.12.2010 inviting objections/ suggestions from the public within 30 days of its

publication in the official Gazette.

And whereas no objections/ suggestions have been received within the stipulated

period. Now therefore the exercise of powers conferred under Section 13-E of the

Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 2004, the Government of

Karnataka hereby makes the following regulations.

REGULATIONS

1. Title & Commencement: (1) These regulations may be called the Amended

Zonal Regulations of the approved Master Plan-2021 (R-II) of Kalaburgi.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official

Gazette.

2. Amendment to Table-2:

(i)

The title of the Table shall be substituted as “Minimum setback for

building (except Industrial) upto 15.0m in height”.

(ii)

In the Note under Table-2 in Sl.No. (2) for the term “11.50m” the term

“15.00m” shall be substituted.

3. Amendment to Table-3:

The Table-3 shall be substituted as under.-
