NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central

Act 16 of 1908), the Government of Karnataka hereby substitutes the Registration fee as

below, prescribed in Article I(4)(a), III(a)(i) and III(a)(ii) of Table of Registration Fees,

notified vide Notification No. RD 403 ESR 85, Dated 27^th May, 1986 and amendment

notifications issued from time to time.

1) In Article I(4)(a), “For every Rs. 1,000 or part thereof – 10-00”, “For every Rs. 1,000

or part thereof – 20-00”, shall be substituted.

2) In Article III(a)(i), in the entries relating thereto, for the word “one rupee”, the word

“two rupee” shall be substituted.

3) In Article III(a)(ii), in the entries relating thereto, for the word “one rupee”, the word

“two rupee” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into effect from 31.08.2025
