NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 7(d) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service)

Rules, 2021, the State Government appoints Justice Dr. H.B.Prabhakara Sastry, Judicial Member,

Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (Former Judge, High Court of Karnataka) as officiating

Chairman of the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal with effect from 09.09.2025 until a new

Chairman enters upon office or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Further, in view of the appointment of Sri Justice Dr. H.B. Prabhakara Sastry as officiating

Chairman, KSAT with effect from 09.09.2025, the earlier notification of even number

Dated:29.08.2025 appointing Sri. S.Y.Watawati, Judicial Member as officiating Chairman,

Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal is hereby withdrawn.
