NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the draft Notification RD 72 LRD 2024, Dated:09.09.2025 regarding altering the limits of Magadi taluk in

Bengaluru South District by excluding the 68 villages of Soluru Hobli and to include in the Nelamangala Taluk in Bengaluru Rural

District, as specified in the Schedule was published as required by Section 4 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka

Act No. 12 of 1964) in the Karnataka Gazette No.548 Part IVA Dated:09.09.2025 inviting objections or suggestions from all the

persons likely to be affected thereby within 30 days from the date of publication in the official Gazette.

And whereas the Gazette was made available to the public on 09.09.2025.

And whereas, objections and suggestion have been received and considered by the State Government;

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub section (4) of Section 4 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964

(Karnataka Act No. 12 of 1964) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following Notification namely.

SCHEDULE

The circle and villages Specified in column (3) of the table below shall be excluded from the limits of the specified in column

(2) and shall be included within the limits of the taluk specified in column (4) thereof.
