STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS

It is considered necessary to amend Shree Chamundeshwari Kshetra Development

Authority Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act No. 18 of 2024), Sri Renuka Yellamma Temple

Development Authority Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act No. 44 of 2024), Shree Ghati

Subramanya Kshetra Development Authority Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act No. 15 of 2024)

and Shree Huligemma Devi Kshetra Development Authority Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act

No. 16 of 2024) to enable Group-A Senior Scale Officer of Hindu Religious Institutions

and Endowment Department for being appointed as the Secretary of the said Authorities.

Hence, the Bill.
