Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 including-

(i) issuance, service and execution of summons and warrant;

(ii) examination of complainant and witnesses;

(iii) recording of evidence in inquiries and trials; and

(iv) all appellate proceedings or any other proceeding.
