In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 3 of Section 3 of the

National Security Act 1980 (Act 65 of 1980) Government of Karnataka hereby authorize

the Deputy Commissioners and District Magistrates and the Commissioners of Police in

the State to exercise the powers conferred under Sub-Section 2 of Section 3 of the National

Security Act 1980 for a period of three months from retrospective dt: 06.06.2026 to

05.09.2026.
