(4) As I have not acquired NET/SLET/Ph.D. through course work but only M.Phil,
I do understand that for declaration of period of probation, apart from passing
Kannada language examination, Accounts Higher, General Law Part-I and
Part-II besides the orientation course and refresher course I have to acquire
NET/SLET without fail. Failure to acquire NET/SLET will render me ineligible
for satisfactory declaration of period of probation and claim further increment
either in the scale of Rs.8,000 – 13,500 or in any revised scale or claim any
