S.O. 958(E):- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948) read with rule 6A of
the Census Rules, 1990 and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs
(Office of the Registrar General, India) vide No.S.O,562(E), dated the 20th February, 2009, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part lI, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated 27th February, 2009, the Central Government declares that the Census of
the population of India shall be taken in the whole of India from 9th February, 2011 to 28th February, 2011, with revisional round from
1st March, 2011 to 5th March, 2011 and the reference date as 00.00 hours of the first day of March, 2011, except in the snow bound
non-synchronous areas in the States of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, where the Census of population
shall be taken from 11th September, 2010 to 30th September, 2010 with a revisional round from 1st October, 2010 to 5th October,
2010. The reference date for the Census in snow bound non-synchronous areas of these States shall be 00.00 hours of the first day
of October, 2010 and the details of snowbound non-synchronous areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand
shall be specified in the Schedule annexed hereto.

S.O. 2455(E):- Whereas M/s. Brooke Bond Real Estates Private Limited, a private organization in the State of Karnataka,
has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set
up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services, Business
Process Outsourcing, Electronic hardware at Village Kundalahalli, Hobli Krishnarajpuram, Taluka Bangalore South, in the State of
Karnataka;
And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act,
and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act
for development, operation and maintenance of the above sector specific Special Economic Zone on 31st March, 20I0;
Now, therefore, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, here by notifies the following
area at above location with survey numbers given below in the Table, as a Special Economic Zone, namely:-
