Candidates claiming the benefit of reservation under the reservation categories should furnish the certificate/s in

should note that, if on verification the certificate is found to be false, the candidates who concocted and produced

PROBATION:

Candidate will be appointed on probation for a period of two years and the provision of K.C.S. [Probation] Rules 1977 shall

MUTATIS MUTANDIS apply to candidates so selected. During the period of probation the candidates shall pass the

Kannada Language Examination and Other Departmental Examinations prescribed to the post.

Applicants when called for interview are required to appear at their own expenses.

Last date fixed for receipt of application is 16/07/2012 till 5-45 P.M.

[a] Candidates should submit their Typed / Computerized applications complete in all aspects together with copies of

all the testimonials attested by the candidates in support of age, qualification and caste in the prescribed form issued

by the competent authority so as to reach the District and Sessions Judge Court, Haveri, on or before office hours of

16-07-2012. Envelope containing the applications should be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF

STENOGRAPHER ”.

The in-service candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel.

[c]

Defective / Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.

[d]

Applications received after due date will be summarily rejected.

[e]

The candidate who attempts to obtain extraneous support for his or her candidature will not be eligible for

selection.

[f]

A self-addressed envelope duly stamped with postal stamp worth `.5/- should be enclosed to the applications.

Applications in the prescribed proforma should be filled in by the candidates in their own hand writing and must be

accompanied by the following:

[a]

A certificate of character, issued by the Head of the institution in which he or she had last studied.

[b]

Two certificates of character issued by two respectable persons of his / her locality unconnected with him/her

testifying to his/her character. These character certificates of two respectable persons should not have been

issued prior to 6 months from the last date fixed for receipt of applications.

[c]

Copies of marks cards and other documents shall be self attested.

[d]

Certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority by the candidates who claim benefit of

reservation.

[e]

Copy of self attested SSLC Marks Card / Transfer Certificate shall be enclosed in support of age.

[f]

One recent passport size photo of candidate shall be affixed on the application form with self-attestation.

Intimation for the interview will be sent in the ratio of 1:5 for the post of Stenographers from amongst the list of candidates

prepared on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

If any candidate does not get intimation for the interview, it may be presumed that he or she is not eligible for the interview.

No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
