charge of the post, a Court of Senior Civil Judge & J.M.F.C., at Hosadurga in Chitradurga District, and fixes Hosadurga as the place at
which the said Court of Senior Civil Judge & J.M.F.C., shall be held and also fixes the local limits of the jurisdiction of the said Court to
be the area within the local limits of the revenue taluk of Hosadurga in Chitradurga District.

said Court to be the area within the local limits of the revenue taluk of Heggadadevanakote in Mysuru District.

Notifications issued earlier in this behalf, the Government of Karnataka, in consultation with the High Court of Karnataka, hereby varies
with effect from the date the Presiding Officer assumes charge of the Court of Senior Civil Judge & J.M.F.C., Shahapur, the local limits
of the jurisdiction of the Court of Senior Civil Judge & J.M.F.C., Shorapur, by excluding the revenue taluk of Shahapur from the
jurisdiction of the said Court.
