Wherever the Senior Civil Judges mentioned in column No.2 are designated as Vacation Senior Civil Judges, the District
Judges are directed to issue a Notification as required under Sub-Section (3) of Section 10 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973,
making provisions for the disposal of any urgent application.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 9(5) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Senior Civil Judges
mentioned in Column No.2 of the above table are hereby directed to dispose of any urgent application which is, or may be, made or
pending before the District Judge of the District Courts mentioned in Column No.3 of the above table, during Winter Vacation of 2017.

In pursuance of Rule 118-A (1) of K.C.S. Rs. and as per Government Order No. FD 05 SRS 2012, dated 14-06-2012 sanction is
hereby accorded for payment of cash equivalent of leave salary for Earned Leave, subject to maximum of 300 days, at the credit of the
following District Judges who retired from judicial service with effect from the afternoon of 31-01-2018 on attaining the age of
superannuation. It is certified as per Rule 118(A) (4) of K.C.S. Rs that no Departmental Enquiry was pending against the said Officers
as on that date.
