Whereas the draft of Karnataka Scheduled Tribes Welfare Services (Recruitment) Rules, 2013, was published as required by

clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of Karnataka State Civil Service Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) in Notification No SWD

154 PAVAYO 2016, dated :17.11.2018 in part IVA No 886 of the Karnataka Gazette (Extraordinary Gazette) dated: 03.01.2019 inviting

objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be effected within fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And whereas the said Gazette was made available to Public on 03.01.2019

And whereas objections or suggestions have not been received.

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State

Civil Service Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules namely.

RULES

1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Scheduled Tribes Welfare Services (Recruitment)

(Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
