No appeals, Petitions or Applications and any other paper of Civil nature will be received during the Vacation, except in cases
where it is sought to obtain urgent interim orders like stay orders, interim directions and temporary injuctions etc.
Criminal Appeals, Criminal Revision Petitions, Criminal Petitions where it is sought to obtain urgent orders, stay orders and
interim directions etc, in Criminal matters will be received during the Summer Vacation.
Matters of the nature referred to above filed during vacation and inclusive of the day previous to the sitting day will be posted
before the respective Benches. But those cases filed on the sitting day will not be posted on that day, except by the
Special Orders/permission of the Vacation Bench.
Memos for posting will not be entertained by the Registrar (Judicial) or the Deputy Registrar during Summer Vacation. Motions
