NOTICE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 485(1) of

the Companies Act, 1956 that the members of Tely

Finance and Investment Company Private Limited, XII/

616, Kunnathuvalappu Road, Thalassery, Kannur-670 101,

at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on 21st April

2007 have resolved in terms of Section 484(1)(b) of the

Companies Act, 1956 to wind-up the company voluntarily

and appointed Mr. Chinnan P. P. s/o P. A. Uny, Dany

Villa, 2nd Railway Gate, Thalassery, Kannur District, Pin-

670 102 as a liquidator of the company.
