The petitioners above have filed this Succession

Original Petition for grant of Succession Certificate to

transfer the shares, collect dividents, warrants, bonuses,

cheques and other debts totalling Rs. 11,985 in value and

standing in the name of the deceased Smt. Leela V.

Nayak, w/o M. V. Nayak, now residing at Thundiparambil

House, T. D. Sannidhi Road, Karanakodam, Palarivattom,

Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam, Cochin-25.

The 1st

petitioner is the husband and petitioners 2 to 4 are the

children of the deceased.

If any one has objections in

granting the succession certificate,

they should appear

before the Court on 4-1-2008 at 11 A. M. either in person or

through counsel and submit objections if any. If not, the

succession certificate will be granted as prayed for by the

petitioners.
