The quotation forms will be issued from the office of

the undersigned on working days from 21-12-2007 to

24-12-2007 (upto 1 p. m.). The quotations will be

accepted upto 3 p m. and the qoutations will be opened at

4 p m., on 24-12-2007 at the office of the undersigned in

the presence of quotationers who choose to be present. If

the tender could not be held on 24-12-2007, it will be held

on the 3-1-2008 or 7-1-2008 at the same place and

time. The quotationers should execute a preliminary

agreement on stamp paper worth Rs. 50 along with the

quotations. The incomplete and defective quotations will

be summarily rejected.

CONDITIONS

(1) Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes,

conveyances etc.

(2) Payment will be made by cheques after the

successful completion of the work.

(a)

Only established firms/organisations/individual

with at least 8 years experience in the field of

Interpretation should apply.

(b)

The contractors who have executed similar type

of work with the Kerala Forest Department in

the last 5 years.

(c)

The contractor must have adequate knowledge

of acoustics & animal behaviour.

(d)

The copy of the base of experience also should

be enclosed along with full Tender Form failing

to which the tender will be considered.
