the undersigned. Those who require tender forms by Post

they should be an additional amount of Rs. 40 towards

Postage. Charges Cheques, Pay order and demand draft

are not accepted. Cost of tender forms are not refundable

and tender forms are non-transferable and late tenders will

not be accepted.

After the confirmation of the tender the tenderer

should remit 5% of the tender amount as Security Deposit

for the compliance of the tender.

The tenders will be opened in the presence of the

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be

present at that time. The supply will be completed within 3

The tender should be addressed to the Principal,

T.D. Medical College, Alappuzha-688 005. Tender Number

and due date should be superscribed on each tender

envelope. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender

will be opened at the fixed time on due date noted below

in the presence of tenderers or their authorised

representatives who may present at that time. Intending

tenderers may obtain tender forms from the undersigned

during office hours on payment as noted below which is

the price fixed for the forms. Cheques, Drafts, Stamps etc.

will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms.

Duplicate tender if required, will be issued on an additional

payments as shown. Tender form is not transferable and

the cost is not refundable. Tender forms will be supplied

to the firms by registered post if payment is made by

money order inclusive of postal charges of Rs. 50 for

each form. Money orders will be accepted only if recieved

within 10 clear working days prior to due date for

submission of tenders. The detailed specification of each

equipment will be supplied along with tender forms.

Further details can be had from the college office during

working time. Tenders should be accompanied by an

agreement executed in Kerala Government Stamp Paper

worth Rs. 50 and EMD 1% of the total cost of the items

tendered. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be

rejected.

the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of

Kerala for the supply of Store Items—List attached

separately. The tenders should reach in the Port Office,

Asramam, Kollam-2 on or before 10-1-2008 upto 3 p. m.
