The tenders should be superscribed with the tender

No. 3/2007-08 supply of Chemicals and Re-agents to

Regional Disease Diagnostic Laboratory, Palakkad. Also

written the name of tenderer. The tender should be

accompanied by E. M. D. 1% of the amount quoted and a

preliminary agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 50

(Fifty only).

Tender forms are available in all working days from

the undersigned. Those who require tender forms by

post they should pay Rs. 40 only additionally for Postage

Cheques, Postal Orders and demand drafts are not

accepted. The cost of tender forms not refundable and

tender forms are not transferable. The tenders without

EMD and preliminary agreement are not accepted.

After the confirmation of tender, the tenderer should

remit 5% of tender amount as Security Deposit.

The tenders will be opened in the presence of the

tenderers or their authorised representatives who present

at that time. The supply will be completed within 3 weeks

of placing the supply order. The undersigned has

reserves the right to accept or reject the tender without

assigning any reasons. Other details and specifications of

the tender should be supplied along with the tender forms.
