Please take notice that the petitioners filed this

petition for obtaining a Succession Certificate in respect

of the debts and securities of deceased Velayudhan Nair

of Gouri, MRA-63, Udayamarthandapuram Cherry,

Mundakkal Village, Kollam Taluk, Kollam District,

Kerala, who was the husband of 1st petitioner and father

of petitioners 2 to 4.

The deceased Velayudhan Nair owned and possessed

following assets at the time of his death.

(i)

SB Account No. 27035 in Ledger Folio No. 27

with State Bank of India, Chinnakkada

(Quilon) Branch with a balance of Rs. 5,002.

(ii)

SB Account No. 1743 in Ledger Folio No. 1

with Indian Bank, Kollam Branch with a

balance of Rs. 2,117.13.

(iii)

10100 shares with The South Indian Bank Ltd.,

under clients code VIBRO with clients name

Velayudhan Nair Sankaran and client

ID No. 11960694 with a market value of

Rs. 10,19,595.

Petitioners have every right over the abovesaid

assets. The said petition stands posted to 18-2-2008 at

11 a.m. Anybody interested in the subject matter of this

petition may appear either in person or through authorized

agent and submit their statements, if any, on such date

and time.
