included in the Short List who are required to produce Non-

Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O. (P) No. 36/2000/SC/

STDD dated, 27-5-2000 shall produce the same at the time

of interview. Those in the Main List who fail to produce the

required Non–Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled

to the benefit of community reservation and will be

considered as open competition candidates.

The Register

Numbers of candidates, who are liable to produce Non-

Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary

Lists of Backward Classes, will be deleted from the Short

List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non-

Creamy Layer Certificates.

The date, time and place of physical measurement and

interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be

rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that

there is no mistake in totalling of marks to the various

answers if the prescribed fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only)

is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by

Chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State

PSC-99—Examination Fee”. The original chalan receipt for

the prescribed fee should be produced with the application

for rechecking. Candidates whose register numbers are

included in this Short List will be allowed a period of one

month’s time to apply for rechecking with effect from the

date of publication of either the Short List or the Ranked

List. The candidates can avail only one chance either after

the publication of the Short List or after the publication of

the Ranked List. But the candidates whose register numbers

are not included in the Short List should submit the

application for rechecking within one month from the date

of publication of the Short List and they are not entitled for

a chance for rechecking after the publication of the Ranked

The candidates who have obtained 84 (Eighty four)

Marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR) Test are

included in the Main List of this Short List. The cut off marks

have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of

candidates under the Supplementary Lists.

The candidates belonging to other Backward Classes

included in the Short List who are required to produce Non

Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O. (P) No. 36/2000/SC/

STDD dated, 27-5-2000 shall produce the same at the time

of interview. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to

produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not

be entitled to the benefit of communal reservation and will

be considered as per competition candidates.

The Register

Numbers of candidates, who are liable to produce Non

Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary

Lists of Backward Classes, will be deleted from the Short

List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non

Creamy Layer Certificate.

The date, time and place of Physical Measurement and

interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be

rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that

there is no mistake in the totalling of marks to the various

answers if the prescribed fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only)

is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan

under the head of account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99

Examination Fee”. The original chalan receipt for the

prescribed fee should be produced with the application for

rechecking. Candidates whose Register Numbers are

included in this Short List will be allowed a period of one

month’s time to apply for rechecking with effect from the

date of publication of either the Short List or the Ranked List.

The candidates can avail only one chance either after the

publication of the Short List or after the Publication of the

Ranked List. But the candidates whose Register Numbers are

not included in the Short List should submit the application

for rechecking within one month from the date of publication

of the Short List and they are not entitled for a chance for

rechecking after the publication of the Ranked List. Such

applications should be addressed to the Deputy Secretary

(Examinations I), Office of the Kerala Public Service

Commission, Pattom Palace P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-

695 004 should reach this office within 30 days from the date

on which this notification is officially released by the Public

Service Commission. Applications for rechecking received

after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates

whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not

included in the Short List are advised to refer to Notification

No. ERVI/3097/2005/EW, dated 19-1-2006 for the register

numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons

thereof.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for

rechecking within the prescribed time limit enclosing original

chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded for all the

questions will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking

will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

The following list contains the names of candidates

found suitable on the basis of the (Objective Type) OMR Test

held on 30-7-2005 for the post of Lower Division Clerk on

Rs. 3050-5230 in Various Departments in Thrissur District

(Category No. 277/2004) arranged in the order of merit. The

ranked list is brought into force with effect from 01-01-2006.

The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year

provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the

publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum

period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever

is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for

appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to

time, if applicable against vacancies reported to the

commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice

for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there

is no guarantee that all candidates included in this list will

secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at

the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for

appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in

the list.

According to the existing procedure revaluation of

answer script is not allowed. But the answer script will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan

receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees ten only)

remitted in any of the Treasuries in the state under the head

of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt

should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission, District Office, Thrissur within 2 months from

the date on which this notification is officially released by

the Public Service Commission.

Application for rechecking

received after the prescribed time limit will not be

entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who make applications for

rechecking within prescribed time limit enclosing chalan

receipt as stated above the answer scripts will be rechecked

to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no

mistake in totalling of marks to the various answers.

If it is

found that the examiner has omitted to award marks to a

question or a sub division of a question, the paper will be

got rechecked and discrepancies rectified by the

examiner.

The result of the rechecking will be intimated to

the candidate from this office.

Entries are based on the communities specified by the

candidates in their applications and proved by them with

necessary documents.

The candidates whose communities

have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them

in their applications should intimate the fact to the District

Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office,

Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of

the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are

entitled.

In the absence of timely information regarding

discrepancies, if any, the candidate will be advised on the

basis of their communities specified in the list.
