invited from the competent suppliers/dealers for the

supply of the following Glasswares to the Fertilizer

Quality Control Laboratory, Parottukonam, Nalanchira P. O.,

Thiruvananthapuram.

EMD—1% of P.A.C. in the form of Demand Draft

drawn in favour of the undersigned payable at State Bank

of Travancore, Vellayambalam.

Security deposit—5% of P. A. C. inclusive of E.M.D.

time. The prices of the tender form shall be received only

by cash or money order (postal charges extra). Tender

should be submitted in the prescribed form along with an

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50.

Soil Testing Laboratories in the State.

Tender No. with PAC—2/2008, Rs. 2.995 Lakhs.

E.M.D.—1% of PAC in the form of Demand Draft

drawn in favour of the undersigned payable at State Bank

of Travancore, Vellayambalam.

Security Deposit—5% of total contract amount

inclusive of E.M.D to be furnished as above.

Cost of tender form :

Original—Rs. 400 + VAT 12.5% = Rs. 450.

Duplicate—Rs. 200 + VAT 12.5% = Rs. 225.
