11 a.m. and will be closed at 12 Noon on 16-9-2008.

The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before

2 p. m. on 16-9-2008.

Intending tenderers may give application to the

Ernakulam-682 030 to obtain the requisite tender forms.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied

by a Cash remittance/Money Order in favour of the

Executive Chemist, Regional Analytical Laboratory,

Ground Water Department, Civil Station, Kakkanad,

Ernakulam-682 030 at the price fixed for a tender form/set

of forms and it is not refundable under any

circumstances. Cheques, Draft or Postal Orders will not

be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. No tender

forms will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if

required will be issued on payment. An Earnest Money

Deposit of 1% of the total value has to be submitted

along with the tender offer.

An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50

(Rupees Fifty only) should be submitted with each tender

form. Stamp paper will be supplied outside Kerala with

tender forms on payment of Rs. 75 (Rupees Seventy five

only) (Rs. 50 for stamp paper and Rs. 25 for postal and

incidental charges) which may be remitted by money order

along with cost of tender forms.

All Government rules prevailing will be applicable to

the tender. Due to any reason if the tender opening day

is declared a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the

Binocular Indirect Ophthalmo Microscope with

Stereoscopic Image Invertor to the Regional Institute of

Ophthalmology, Government Ophthalmic Hospital,

Thiruvananthapuram.

The tender should be superscribed due at 11 a.m. on

16-9-2008 and addressed to the Director, Regional

Institute of Ophthalmology, Government Ophthalmic

Hospital, Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthapuram-35. Last

date of receipt of tender at 11 a.m. on 16-9-2008. Late

tender will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened

at 11.30 a.m. on 16-9-2008 in the presence of the

tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be

present at that time.

Superintendent, Regional Institute of Ophthalmology,
