I, K. Sathish Kumar s/o R. Krishnan, residing at

Parathanath 168/7227, Bala Bhavan, Kottayam, Pin-686 001

‘retired partner’ of the Firm under name and style

M/s Tailors Pal, YMCA Road, Kottayam hereby give

public notice that I have retired from the above

Partnership firm on 27-6-2008. I further declare and inform

that I should not be liable to any of the existing and

future liabilities in the name of the firm. The first partner

R. Krishnan of the firm has undertaken all the liabilities if

any of the firm with third parties for and on behalf of

me, I further declare and inform that I shall not be liable

to any act or deed which is being done or acted upon in

the name of firm. I also inform that I shall not be liable

for any commission, omission or negligence which may

occur by any remaining partners if any and I am also not

liable to any act purported to be done in the name of the

firm by the partners to the third party or parties.

public notice that I have retired from the above

Partnership firm on 27-6-2008. I further declare and inform

that I should not be liable to any of the existing and

future liabilities in the name of the firm. The first and

second partners namely R. Krishnan and Francis Xavier

of the firm has undertaken all the liabilities if any of the

firm with third parties for and on behalf of me, I further

declare and inform that I shall not be liable to any act or

deed which is being done or acted upon in the name of

firm. I also inform that I shall not be liable for any

commission, omission or negligence which may occur by

any remaining partners if any and I am also not liable to

any act purported to be done in the name of the firm by

the partners to the third party or parties.
