is given that the above mentioned petitioner has been

adjudged insolvent of the Hon’ble Court on 29-11-2006

and he should apply for discharge within 6 months of the

date of order. Creditor should prove their claims as soon

as possible i.e. within 3 months from the date of

publication of this notice in Official Gazette, by delivering

or sending by registered post to the Official Receiver on

affidavit in Form No. 5 of the Kerala Insolvency Rules.
