Notice is hereby given that the partnership heretofore

subsisting between Joseph Antony, Anandassery House,

Mundemveli P. O., Cochin-682 007 and Anil Manuel,

Anandassery House, Mundemveli P. O., Cochin-682 007

under the name and style of ‘Paragon Sea Foods’carrying

on business at 16/1291, Thoppumpady, Cochin-682 005

vide Partnership Deed dated 25-4-2007 and bearing

Registration No. 1222/96 with the Registrar of Firms,

Kerala stands dissolved by mutual consent and as per the

terms of the aforesaid Partnership Deed and the assets and

liabilities having taken over by Paragon Sea Foods Private

Limited with effect from 3-12-2007.
