T.C. No. 3/1070 and all other things attached thereto in

Sy. No. 1481/5 of Kowdiar Village and where as the case

is posted to 20-1-2009, it is hereby notified that any

person having objection to the said application should

appear before this court at 11 a.m. on the said day and

file objection, failing which the application would be
