The front panel is provided with separate indicator lamps

microprocessor based digital temperature indicator-cum-

controller with an accuracy ± 0.5° C.

State Sales tax Act-99-tax collections”. The amounts

remitted are not refundable under any circumstances.

Each tender must be accompained by Solvency

Certificate in original clearly indicating to what extend

they are solvent from the Tahasildar of the taluk where

they reside along with their tenders as per clause 18 (b)

of General Conditions of Store Purchase Rules (Govt.

Letter No. 36489/M2/02/H & FWD, dated 9-5-2003) and an

attested copy incorporating the encumbrance if any, in

the prescribed form obtained on or after 1-10-2008 from

the competent revenue authorities. In the absence of the

encumbrance certificate from the revenue authority the

same obtained from the sub registrar of the area

concerned should be produced.

The solvency certificate should be for an amount not

less than 10% of the tender amount. Intending tenderers

and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 in the

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompained by a cash remittance of Rs.

450 which is the price fixed for the form and which is

not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are

not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1

p.m. on 9-1-2009. Cheque, postal orders etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to

purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional

amount of Rs. 50 by money order to cover Postal

supply of Inverter & Generator” addressed to the

tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 9-1-2009. The late tenders

various prisons in Kerala.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply,

installation and demonstration of Equipments to Electrical

Engineering lab/workshop of Government Polytechnic

College, Kasaragod. The dates of the are extended are

follows.

The tender should be superscribed “Tender

No. 04/2008-09 for the supply of Equipments to Electrical

Engineering lab/workshop” and addressed to the

Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Kasaragod, P.O.

Periya, 671 316. The last date of receipt of tender is on

13-1-2009 at 11 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 2 p.m.

on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers

or their authorized representatives who may be present at

that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Kasaragod, P.O.

Periya, 671 316, may obtain the requisite tender forms on

which tenders should be submitted. Application for the

tender forms should be accompained by a cash remittance

of Rs. 450 which is the price fixed for the tender form.

The tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender

forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 12-1-2009. Cheque,

Drafts, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the

cost of tender forms, nor the forms sent by V. P. P.

Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at a cost
