Tender documents and other particulars can be obtained

from the office of the undersigned on all working days

commencing from 19-1-2009 to 21-1-2009 upto 4 p.m.

A preliminary agreement in the prescribed form in Stamp

Paper worth Rs. 50 should also be executed and submitted

along with the tender. Tenders received without preliminary

agreement will be summarily rejected. According to the

provision of Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Fund Act

8(2) 1984, the Contractor who is undertaking construction of

work has to remit 1% of total cost of construction as

contribution towards the Kerala Construction Workers

Welfare Fund.

The sealed tenders should reach the office of the

undersigned by post/speed post on or before 4 p.m. on

23-1-2009. Under any circumstances the tenders received

directly or by courier will not be accepted. The tender will

be opened at 4.30 p.m. on 23-1-2009 by the undersigned or

an authorized person in the presence of tenderers who are

present at the time. The tenders will not received in person

direct under any circumstances. If the tender date is declared

also eligibility certificate along with the tender documents.
