The rules and regulations prescribed for tenders

Machines for Departmental Dairy Farms for the year

2008-09.

Specification of the item with rate (inclusive

of taxes or any other charges) for each item.

Brochure from original manufacturer (in case of

agents) AMC conditions (Period of visits in a year

etc.), warranty conditions, years of warranty etc.

Copy of ISO Certification, if any.

Original tender form duly signed by authorized

EMD 1% of Total cost of items quoted by means

of Demand Draft in favour of the Director of Animal

Husbandry, Kerala payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

Departmental Dairy farms can be had along with the tender

form, Government of Kerala Website-www.kerala.gov.in and

the Department website ahdkerala.gov.in. Intending

tenderers may send the exact amount towards the cost of

tender form. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders,

Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted as the cost of

tender form nor the form be sent by Value Payable Post.

Tender form can also be obtained from the Office of the

Director of Animal Husbandry on payment of the cost in

cash during office hours. Late tenders will not be

considered under any circumstances. Tenders should be

superscribed as “Tender No. 21/2008-09 for the supply of

Milking Machines for Departmental Dairy Farms for the

year 2008-09.”

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The rates quoted should be inclusive of all

taxes only.

Each milking machine should be covered by a

minimum guarantee period of 2 years including

spare parts from the date of installation

and trial run.

Instruction manual, should be specified and a copy

shall be submitted along with the tender.

The supply should be from the new stock noting

the original specification, make of model etc.

The supply and installation should be completed as

per the date mentioned in the supply order.

The tenderers shall quote only factory assembled

sets and equipments brought in parts and

assembled in site will not be accepted.

The rate quoted should be in Indian Currency and

the payment will also be in Indian Currency.

Ex-godown rates for destination will not be

accepted and such tenders will be summarily

rejected.

The successful tenderers should complete all

supplies with in the stipulated time stated in the

supply orders. No extension of supply period will

be granted.

Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.

Payment will be effected only after successful

installation and trial run. Advance payment is not

possible.

12.

The firms registered with Kerala Store Purchase

Department and NSIC Ltd., should produce a copy

of current registration certificate along with the

tender for exemption of EMD.

13.

The Security Deposit furnished by the firm will be

released only after the guarantee period.

14.

If the date scheduled for receipt/opening of tenders

is declared as holiday (local/general) tenders will be

received and opened on the next working day

respectively.

15.

The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all the

rights to delete any items from the tender without

assigning any reason thereof.

16.

The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this

purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.

17.

The photocopies of the documents produced along

with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted

Officer.

18.

The items are to be supplied to the Departmental

Farms as mentioned in the supply order.

19.

The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves the

rights to delete or waive any of the above special

conditions.

Vaccine in order to implement the Rabies Control

Programme in Palakkad Municipality under Peoples

Planning Campaign. The details of specification of vaccine

is detailed below.

Envelope containing the tender should be

superscribed “Tender for the supply of Prophylactic Anti

Rabies Vaccine-Tender No. 1/2008-09”.

Price of original tender form—Rs. 150+12.5% VAT.

Price of duplicate tender form—Rs. 100+12.5% VAT.

All items must be delivered at the District Veterinary

Centre, Palakkad. The items should have a warranty

period of minimum one year. It should come with all

standard fittings and spare accessories. The supply

should be completed within 4-8 weeks from the date of

placing supply order.

The rates should be for destination freight prepaid in

full inclusive of all taxes and duties prevailing at the ruling

rate. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject the tenders without assigning any reason. The

lowest tender shall be accepted subject to the approval of

Municipal General Council of Palakkad.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply

of Digital Microscope & Audiometer to Government

Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2008-09.

Tenders should be superscribed “Supply of Digital

Microscope & Impedance Audiometer” addressed

to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College,

Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of

tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 20-1-2009. The late tenders

will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at

3.30 p. m. on 20-1-2009 in the presence of such of the

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be

present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of

Rs. 788 which is the price fixed for a form and which is

not refundable under any circumstances. The tender

forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be

closed at 1 p. m. on 20-1-2009. Cheques, Postal Orders

etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those

who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send

an additional amount of Rs. 50 by money order to cover

postal charges. Duplicate tender forms if required will be

issued at Rs. 450 per copy.

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1%

of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by

Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government

Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50. The rate

quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2009.

The Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram

will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender.

of Computer & Printer to the Government Ayurveda

College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2008-09.

Tenders should be superscribed “Supply of Computer &

Printer” addressed to the Principal, Government

Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of

the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 20-1-2009. The

late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be

opened at 3.30 p. m. on 20-1-2009 in the presence of

such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives

who may be present at that time.

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of

Rs. 788 which is the price fixed for a form and which is

not refundable under any circumstances. The tender

forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be

closed at 1 p. m. on 20-1-2009. Cheques, Postal Orders

etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms.

Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall

send an additional amount Rs. 50 by money order to cover

postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be

issued at Rs. 450 per copy.

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1%

of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by

Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government

Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50. The rate

quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2009. The

Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will

have powers to postpone/cancel the tender.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply

of the Dietary Articles to the State Museum and Zoo,

Thrissur for the period from 1-4-2009 to 31-3-2010.

The tenders should be superscribed as “Tender for

the supply of Dietary Articles to Thrissur Zoo for the

period from 2009-2010” and addressed to the

Superintendent, State Museum and Zoo, Thrissur and

16-2-2009 to 24-2-2009. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will

will be issued for Rs. 500 plus S.T. per copy.
