Centrifuge with Digital Speed Meter, Timer, Brake,

Imbalance Detector and Lid lockbut with 6x50 ml swing out

head with graduated glass tubes to the Central Soil Ana-

lytical Laboratory , Parottukonam.

be present at that time.

The price of the tender form shall be received only

by cash or money order (postal charges etc.). The tender

should be submitted in the prescribed form along with an

agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 50.

Tenders will be accepted till 20-3-2009, 2 p. m. and will

be opened on 20-3-2009 at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of

tenderers if present.

Filled up tenders along with Earnest Money Deposit

of Rs. 2,000 payable at S.B.T., Pathanamthitta as Demand

Draft in the name of the undersigned may be submitted.

Preliminary agreement in Rs. 50 Stamp Paper also be

submitted dealing the spare parts availability servicing and

warranty for not less than 3 years.

The equipment should be supplied within one week

of receipt of supply order at proposed place.

The Principal Agricultural Officer has the right to

postpone or to reject tender without any reason. Late

tenders will not be accepted and tenders are not

transferable.

CONDITIONS

The brochure containing the details of equipment

and copy of the Dealership license should be enclosed

along with the tender.

Separate rate shall be quoted for U.V. Spectro

Photometer (Single Beam) with software and Computer

with necessary accessories like Printer, UPS, Keyboard,

Mouse etc.

The after sales services, details should be

enclosed.

The Authority for approval of the tender is Director

of Agriculture, Thiruvananthapuram. The equipment shall

be supplied at State Agmark Grading Lab, Pathanamthitta

within 7 days of the date of receipt of the supply order

issued from this office.

accompanied with Preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp

Paper worth Rs. 50 in form attached to the tender form

and also should contain copy of Dealership License,

product specification details, details regarding warranty/

after sales service etc.

The tender form should not be transferred. Tenders

will be opened at the stipulated time on the presence of

Tenderers/ Representatives present at that time and lowest

rate will be accepted if found reasonable, subject to the

approval of Director of Agriculture, Thiruvananthapuram.

The materials have to be supplied and installed at SAGL,

Alappuzha without incurring any extra cost within 7 days

on receipt of, Purchase Order.

below, to Regional Soil Analytical Laboratory, Alappuzha.

Chemist, Regional Soil Analytical Laboratory, Avalookkunnu

P. O., Alappuzha-688 006 so as to reach the undersigned

The tenders should be superscibed “Supply of a 14

seated Passenger Capacity FRP boat” and addressed to

Wildlife Warden, Idukki, Painave P. O.- 685 603 at 3 p. m.

on or before 24-3-2009, accompanied by D. D. from a

Nationalized Bank amounting to Rs. 30,000 in favour of

Wildlife Warden, Idukki as EMD. The tenders will be

opened at 4 p. m. on 24-3-2009 by the Wildlife Warden,

Idukki or by an Officer authorized by him in the presence

of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who

may present at that time. If the tender date declared as a

holiday the tender will be opened on the next working day

at the same time and place. If due to any reason the

tender is to be postponed or not taking place on this

date, the tenders will be accepted upto 3 p. m. on

27-3-2009 and will be opend at 4 p. m. on the same day.

Application for tender forms should be accompanied

by a cash remittance of Rs.700+ST which is the price fixed

for a form, which is not refundable under any

Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The

The cost of tender form is Rs. 6,600 (Rupees Six

Thousand and Six Hundred only) (Rs. 6,600 + VAT 825)

should be remitted in separate chalan in Government

Treasury to the credit of Government of Kerala under the

head of account “0210-80-800-11-MISC. other receipts and

0040-00-102-ST” respectively.

The chalan receipt in original should be produced

with application for tender form. The tender form can be

obtained from the office of the undersigned on request till

on 24-3-2009 at 11 a. m. The tender should be submitted to

the Principal, Medical College, Calicut-8.

Each tender must be accompanied by an original

solvency certificate with an attested copy in the prescribed

form on or after 1-12-2008 from the Tahsildar. The original

solvency will be returned after opening of the tender.

An EMD of 1% of the tender cost in the form of D.D.

drawn in favour of the Principal, Medical College,

Calicut or in any of the prescribed form and an

agreement in Kerala Government Stamp paper worth

Rs. 50 should also be submitted along with the tender.

Specifications for the Humidified Bubble C PAP system

Approximate cost—1 lakh/Unit.

The Bubble CPAP should be imported have latest

state of Art technology and very easy to set up and

use.

It should be included with a latest technology

Humidifier with display of temperature & it should have

the provision of monitoring temperature & flow through

temperature/flow probe. It should also have provision for

heater wire adaptor to heat up the patient tubing, single

use Heated Wire patient tubing for delivering optimal

humidified gases to the infant.

The system should have in safety mechanism for

relief of excessive pressure through pressure relief

manifold/regulator.

The sytem should have the CPAP generator with the

pressure range from 3 to 10 cm H2O and should have

auto level mechanism to ensure constant CPAP at all

times.

The system should have single use unique Patient

interface which should include state of art nasal tubing

with collapsible extension for easy circuit positioning.

The nasal prongs should be single use, soft and

anatomically curved for comfortable fit. It should be

UPS system for new block of Applied Electronics &

Instrumentation Engineering Department of Government

Engineering College, Kozhikode.

The tender should be superscribed as Tender

No. P1/05/2008-09 due on 23-3-2009 at 3 p.m. and addressed

to the undersigned to reach him before 23-3-2009 at 3 p.m.
