The materials collected by thinning teak plantations in Naduvathumoozhy Range of Konni Forest Division and

stacked at dumping site shown in the schedule hereto attached will be sold in Tender/Auction by the undersigned or by

any other officer authorized for the purpose, on the date and time shown below. The sale condition published by the

Chief Conservator of Forests, Thiruvananthapuram vide Notification No. Pro. (5)-2613/2008 dated 12-6-2008 in the Kerala

Government Gazette No. 26 dated 24-6-2008 and other sale conditions prevalent in the Forest Department are applicable to

this Tender/Auction sale. This Gazette notification is available in the website of Forest Department

www.keralaforest.org. & www.keralaforest.gov.in. Any further notification to the sale conditions that may be ordered by

the Government after the publication of this sale notification will also be applicable to the sale. If the notified date of

Tender/Auction declared as a holiday the sale will be conducted on the next working day and if the sale is not possible

on the notification date due to other reasons, the same will be conducted on the alternate date shown below at the same

place and time without further notification. The indenting bidders should satisfy themselves about the quality and quantity

of the materials put up for sale before the commencement of the auction and any complaints whatsoever will not be

entertained after the sale proceedings are over. In case, any Government Department requires any of the metarials,

the quantity remaining after their selection only will be auctioned. The quantity that may become ready for sale after

the publication of this notification will also be included in this sale. The Tender/Auction will commence at time noted

below in the dumping site and will continue till the sale of materials lotted for the day is over.

Tender form can be had from the office of the undersigned till 1 p. m. on the day before the auction date on

payment of Rs. 100 + VAT. The last date and time of receipt of tender is at 9 a. m. on the auction date.

dated 6-12-2008, in Kerala Gazette No. 50 dated 16-12-2008. Tender forms can be had from the Divisional Forest Office,

Kannur Division or Forest Range Office, Kannavam, till 3 p. m. on the previous working day of auction. Value of tender

form is Rs. 100 + VAT. EMD is Rs. 20,000. Sealed tender will be received till 9 a. m. on the date of auction at the

concerned Range Office/Depot Office.
