Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the

supply of Lab Equipments and Other Accessories to the

Various Departments of Govt. College, Kasaragod

under UGC XI Plan Development Assistance to Colleges

(IVth Instalment) (2008-09).

The tenders should be superscribed “Tender for

the supply of Lab Equipments and other accessories to

the Various Departments of this College, under UGC XI

Plan Development Assistance (IV Instalment) to Colleges

(2008-09) and addressed to the Principal, Government

College, Kasaragod, Vidyanagar P. O., Kasaragod.

The last date and time for the receipt of the tender

will be 31-3-2009, 2 p. m. and the same will be opened at

4 p. m. on the same day in the presence the tenderers or

their authorized representatives who may be present at

that time. Late tender will not be accepted on any

account.

The application for the tender form should be

accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 728

[Rs. 700+ 28 (S. T.)] being the cost of tender form

including Sales Tax. Tender forms are not transferable.

Sale of tender form will be closed at 2 p. m. on 31-3-2009.

Cheques, D. D. or the Postal Orders etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender form. Those who

require the tender form by post, should send an amount

of Rs. 778 [Rs. 728+ 50 (Postal charge) ] by Money Order.

Application for tender form to be sent by post, will be

entertained only upto 20-3-2009, 2 p. m.

Rates and conditions for the supply of Lab

equipments, maximum period required for the delivery of

articles should clearly be mentioned. The rates should

remain stable till 31-5-2009.

Every tender should be accompanied by an

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and an

E. M. D. of 1% of the quoted value in the form of D. D.

in favour of the Principal, Government College,

Kasaragod.

Tender without E. M. D. will be rejected, but from

the firms which are exempted from furnishing E. M. D. on

production of clear documentary evidence. Whenever

purchase of computer is made, the machine with

accessories will be tested by L. B. S. or competent

authority and payment made after that.

The undersigned reserves the right to extent, cancel

or reject the tenders without assigning any reason

thereof.

amount of Rs. 85 (Rs. 50 towards the cost of Stamp Paper

and Rs. 35 for incidental charges) by Money Order in

advance along with proper request to the Execuitive

Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Malappuram. Rules

and regulations relating to tenders in Irrigation

Department are applicable in this case also. More details

can be obtained from the Executive Engineer, Minor
