Sealed and competitive tenders are invited from Civil

contractors for the work of Construction of a Compound

Wall in the compound of ITI, Chandanathope.

Tender No.—KSID/01/2009.

Estimated Cost—Rs. 6,54,000.

Cost of tender form +12.5% VAT:

Original—Rs. 1,575.

Duplicate—Rs. 788.

Last date and time of sale of tender form—

6-11-2009, 3 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of saled of tenders—

7-11-2009, 3 p. m.

Date and time opening of sealed tender—

7-11-2009, 4 p. m.

Period of Completion—2 Months.

The cost of tender form will be accepted only by

cash or Money Order. The tender should be

superscribed with tender number and dates and

addressed to the Executive Director, Kerala State

Institute of Design, ITI, Chandanathope, Kollam-14. Late

tenders will not be accepted. One percent of the total

cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money

Deposit. Validity period 3 months from the date of

opening the tenders, otherwise will be rejected. Tenders

in original should be accompanied with preliminary

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty

only) otherwise the tender will not be considered.

Tender forms are not transferable. Further details can
