In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of

the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with

Rule 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of

Kerala hereby extend the area of practice already

assigned to Smt. N. Padmajakumari, Advocate, T.C. 3/727(1),

‘Nalina House’, Muttada P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 025

as such in and throughout Thiruvananthapuram Corporation

in the Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram for five years

w.e.f. 14-7-2006 vide Notification No. 8560/H4/2006/Law,

dated 21-8-2006 to Thiruvananthapuram and Nedumangadu

Taluks w.e.f. 23-9-2009 to 13-7-2011 with Register

No. 8/98/TVPM.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 (a) of

the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act, 53 of 1952) the

Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of

Sri P. N. Gopalakrishnan Nair, Advocate, Punnakkottil,

Elackad P. O., Vayala, Kottayam District [presently residing

at Kuzhiyadimadom, Narakathara P. O., (via.) Kavalam,

Alappuzha District] from the Register of Notaries with

effect from 7-9-2009 on his request.
