Assistant Executive Engineer (Agri.), Alappuzha obtain the

which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which

is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender

forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be

closed at 1 p.m. on 12-11-2009. Cheques, Postage Stamps

The firms who are the suppliers should be an

authorised dealer of the product and should state

clearly the make and address of the manufacturer

whose product they are offering, should furnish

the Licence Number of the manufacture, without

which, the offer shall stand liable for rejection. If

the suppliers have submitted the tender, they

must submit photocopy of their agreement with

the manufacturer, authorised selling agent

certificate etc. to consider the offer. Copy of the

updated import licence for the item with

authorization letter from the principles/dealership

certificate are to be enclosed.

Brochures should be self explanatory regarding

the specifications and is to be highlighted.

Letter from original manufacturer (in case of

suppliers) regarding assurance about supply of

spare parts, AMC conditions (period of visits in a

year etc.),

warranty conditions, years of

warranty etc.

Attested copy of latest Sales Tax Clearance &

Turnover Certificate from Sales Tax Authorities of

the preceding 3 years and market standing

certificate issued by a Registered Chartered

Accountant for the preceding 5 years after the

date of tender notification.

An affidavit in Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 notarized

by a Notary Public of either the place where the

person making the affidavit is residing or of

Copy of facility Certification like ISO Certificate or

other equivalant certification.

circumstances. Tenders should be superscribed as

“Tender No. 10/2009-10 for the Supply, Installation and

Commissioning of Freeze Dryer (cGMP/FDA Compliant) for

the year 2009-10”.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The amount quoted by the bidders should be

inclusive of all the charges, including import of the

equipment, packing charges, forwarding charges, insurance

charges during transit, clearance from the shipping port/

air port, duties applicable, discounts the firm can provide,

transportation charges of the equipment to the institute

premises, payments to be made to the head load workers

for unloading and moving the equipment and or its parts,

installation charges, charges towards gas charging of the

compressors, application of sealants and thermo putty and

all allied works needed to make the equipment functional

within the premises of the institute. Certificates can be

provided upon request and charges are to be raised

accordingly

after

deducting

respective

duty exemptions.

The equipments should necessarily be provided to

the institute on a plug and play basis. The institute in

its part will provide AC power supply 440V, 3phase

connection. All safety cut out isolators have to be

provided by the supplier.

The bidders should also visit the premises of the

institute to assess the air conditioning requirements for

the room where the equipment is going to be located.

The bid should include quote for the requisite air

conditioners, chiller unit, connecting hose and connectors,

inverter for uninterrupted operation of the machine,

stabilizer (if required) and all the other neccessary items

including the safety cut out of power devices like 3 pole

isolators, MCBs etc. with the bid.

Vaporized Hydrogen peroxide generator and chiller

unit of desired cooling handling have to be provided by

the suppliers.

Original brochures, details of service centers and

list of costumers using similar equipment in India needs to

be furnished along with the bid. The bidders should

provide details as to location of their nearest service

center from Thiruvananthapuram and contact details of all

service engineers who will come to service the machine.

The Brochures submitted should be self

explanatory

regarding

the

specification

and

should be highlighted.

A comprehensive list of all the essential service

parts such as SSRs, solenoid valves, probes, probe tubes,

breakers, gaskets, seals, “O” rings, rebuilt kits etc. that

have to be stocked for smooth operation of the machine

for next 5 years have to be provided by the bidders

along with their current pricing and availability in India.

If parts are not readily available, the time required to make

the same available should be mentioned along with the

list. If a bidder can guarantee non necessity of such a

list of parts, he/she should provide willingness to enter

into a MOU with the Director of Animal Husbandry that

the supplier firm will replace worn out parts free of cost

without service charges and site visit charges for next 5

years from the date of installation.

SAT (Site Acceptance Test) is mandatory inclusive

of training for all the technical staff and operators of the

institute. The institute shall only provide boarding facility

to the engineers from the supplier firm for this purpose.

The Guarantee period, availability of the related

spare parts, after sales service facilities etc. are to be

clearly mentioned in a separate sheet.

10.

Rates and terms and conditions for entering into

annual maintenance contract subsequent to expiry of

warranty and or extended warranty as applicable for next

5 years should be mentioned. Comprehensive AMC based

on same conditions should also be mentioned separately.

11.

The equipment should come with all standard

fittings and accessories.

12.

The firm supplying the machine should be an

authorized dealer of the equipment in India and necessary

certificated stating the same need to be attached.

13.

The bidder should arrange for wall mounting of the

equipment by the manufacturer’s authorized service

engineer subsequent to institute attaining cGMP/FDA

standards. Testing and validation of the equipment as per

cGMP/FDA standards also needs to be done by the

supplier.

14.

All prices shall be preferably quoted in Indian

rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. If the prices are

quoted in other forms of international currencies on CIP

basis, the rupee exchange rate on the day of opening of

the tender shall remain binding. Variable prices will not be

accepted.

15.

Firmness period upto 31-3-2010 (days/months/years)

must be provided.

16.

The equipment must be supplied, commissioned,

tested and made functional within 120 (days) from the

date of award of supply order.

17.

The cost towards tender forms should be paid in

cash or as money order in favour of The Director,

Department of Animal Husbandry, Vikas Bhavan,

Thiruvananthapuram. Payment in the form of Demand

Drafts, Cheques or any other form shall not be accepted.

The tender forms can be sent by post if requested for,

but will attract an additional expense of Rs. 100 (Rupees

Hundred only) towards postage and handling charges.

18.

The language of the tender shall be in English.

All the documentations have to be done only in Kerala

Stamp Papers. Any dispute arising due to any reasons

thereof will be within the legal jurisdiction of

Thiruvananthapuram District only.

19.

The release of amount par the letter of credit will

be effected only after successful installation and proving

performance of the equipment.

20.

The tender rate should be written in both words

and figures.

21.

There shall not be any over-writing. Corrections if

any that occur should be duly attested by full signature

of the authorised signatory.

22.

The equipment/machinery should be in strict

accordance with our specifications.

23.

The contractors/suppliers are required to quote

their offers in the official tender forms only. Telegraphic,

Electronic mail, fax, down loading from the site or

conditional offers will not be accepted.

24.

The tender form as well as the continuation sheets

if any shall be duly numbered and signed on each page

by the tenderers. The name of the person authorised by

the firm shall be indicated in block letters duly signed

with date and official seal of the firm/company. All pages

of the tender document except the printed literature, if

any enclosed, shall be signed by the person signing the

tender with official seal of the firm/company.

25.

In the event of the date of submission or opening

of the tender declared as holiday, the same shall be on

the following working day at the same time.

26.

The Director, Department of Animal Husbandry,

Thiruvananthapuram deserves the right to accept or reject

any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.

27.

Relaxations (If any) in respect of general or special

conditions is with the sole discretion of the Director,

Department of Animal Husbandry, Thiruvananthapuram.

28.

No representation for enhancement of approved

rates shall be entertained on any reasons, once the rate

is accepted.

29.

A detailed list of institutions where supplies of

equipment of similar nature has been made with quantity,

rate and copies of supply order shall be attached.

SPECIFICATION

The manufacturer should posses ISO-9001, CE

(European Union) Certificate.

The unit should comply with the cGMP/FDA criteria

for vaccine production.

Freeze Dryer :

The sterile room wall mountable freeze dryer with

provision for isolation of the machine parts from the clean

room having the following specifications, preferably to the

adjoining room.

Construction

—

The freeze dryer should be supplied for

integration into sterile room wall.

—

The front panel in the sterile room should be

made of ground stainless steel and should be

provided with a stainless steel frame with a

masked screw connection to cover the joint

between the front panel and the sterile room wall.

—

Ice condenser should be mounted, in close

proximity, directly below the drying chamber so

that the unit is compact and occupies minimal

space.

—

In between the drying chamber and ice condenser

chamber there should be a pneumatically operated

isolation valve.

—

The pressure plate for stoppering of vials should

also serve the purpose of isolating the ice

condenser chamber from the drying chamber for

determining the end of drying.

—

The opening between drying chamber and ice

condenser chamber should be >1m²

^for

unobstructed transport of water vapour from the

product chamber to the ice condenser.

—

The design should be such that there is no

pressure drop between drying chamber and ice

condenser chamber so that it should be possible

to dry sensitive products with low eutectic range

which are difficult to dry otherwise.

—

High efficiency and economic operation of the unit

is desirable.

—

Sublimation performance-Approx. 10-30 Kg/24 Hrs.

—

Construction of the unit should facilitate

accessibility of the Ice condenser from the

chamber door of the drying chamber for cleaning,

disinfection and validation.

—

The drying chamber and the ice condenser

chamber should be separate vessels and

assembled as an integrated unit for a max working

pressure of 2.5 bars. Leak rate of the entire unit

should not be greater than: 5x 10^-3mbar litre/sec.

Refrigeration System

—

The machine should have two independent

refrigeration systems with water cooled heat

exchangers and equipped with industrial type,

—

Semi-hermetic compressors.

—

Refrigerator 1 (4 cylinders, two-stage); Power

consumption 5.5 Kw/7.5 HP.

—

Refrigerator 2 (2 cylinders, single-stage,

1.1 kW/1.5 HP).

—

Both refrigerators must have three cooling circuits,

one for cooling the shelves (pre-freezing), second

for cooling the ice condenser (drying) and third

for temperature control of the shelves during the

drying process (regulated cooling).

—

It should be possible to carry out the complete

drying process even with just one refrigerator in

the event of malfunction in the second

refrigerator.

—

The system should have the R-404A refrigerant or

equivalent which is easily available locally.

Following devices must be equipped for ensuring

operational reliability of the refrigerating system.

Approved pressure control devices according to

safety regulations (BGV D4).

Thermal overload switches for the drive motors.

An excess current release to protect the motor in

the event of overload and failure of one

phase of the mains supply.

Electrical heating of the crankcase if the

compressors are not in operation.

Automatic switch off in case of failure of the

cooling water supply.

— Depending on the refrigerator load, the cooling

water supply should be automatically regulated

by a valve controlled by the pressure of the

refrigerant.

— The pressure control device should automatically

switch off the refrigerators in case of a lack of

cooling water.

— Depending on the process phase, the power of

the refrigerator should be adjusted appropriately

via an output controller.

— It should be possible to use both refrigerators

simultaneously for fast cooling of shelves.

Ice Condenser Design

—

Internal dimensions of the ice condenser chamber:

Height: 535mm X Diameter : 640mm;

Volume : approx. 190 Lit.

—

Surface finish: Average peak to valley height

Ra = 0.4 μm according to DIN 3142.

—

All installations in the ice condenser chamber

should be made of stainless steel PTFE or

appropriate sealing materials like silicone or

EPDM. All parts which come into contact with

the product should be made of materials free of

nonferrous metals.

—

Ice condenser coils should be mounted inside the

condenser; Material of construction: stainless

steel, pipes straight bead welded according to

DIN 2463.

—

Ice condenser capacity:max. 45 kg.

—

Ice condenser performance: max. 30 kg/24 h.

—

Ice condenser temperature: approx. -80^oC.

—

It should be possible to close the intermediate

valve during the defrosting process for

simultaneous loading of the shelves.

—

It should be possible to defrost the ice condenser

with warm water or steam.

—

It should be possible to activate the defrosting

process from the control panel on the control unit

and proceed automatically.

—

Defrosting system should be equipped with

following components:

A ring of piping for spraying the ice

condenser with warm water should be

provided above the coils.

1 pneumatically operated diaphragm valve DN

25 at the bottom of the ice condenser

chamber for draining the condensate 1

pneumatically operated valve DN 15 for

warm water supply.

Drying Chamber & Door

—

The internal dimensions of the drying chamber :

Volume: Approx. 530 litre.

—

Chamber Door should be equipped with the

following:

Access door, hinged at the right of the

chamber with app 180 opening.

80mm clear acrylic glass pane with solid

stainless steel frame.

Door Locks: 2 swiveling ball-bearing turn-lock

fasteners.

—

The drying chamber must be fitted with the

following stainless steel connections:

DN 25 sterile clamp connections for external

sensors (Calibration, Validation)

DN 32 DIN 2633 connection with extension

and blind flange as reserve or for a

calibration device.

Temperature Controlled Shelves & Liquid Circulation

Pumps

—

The drying conditions should be identical on all

shelves.

—

Meterial of construction: Stainless Steel 1.4571

(AISI 316 Ti).

—

Surface finish: average Ra = 0.4 μm according to

DIN 3142.

—

Evenness : parallel surfaces +/- 0.5 mm.

—

The usable area of shelves should accommodate

5000 vials of 2 ml capacity with 14 mm diameter

and 39 mm height without stoppers within the

total usable area of all shelves.

—

The shelves should be welded with rectangular

channels embedded inside, guiding the heat

transfer fluid for good temperature control.

—

Temperature distribution should be uniform on the

entire shelf area.

—

Maximum Low shelf control -55^o C to-60^o C.

—

Shelf Pull-down to-45^oC in approx. 60 minutes.

—

Condenser Pull down to -45^oC in approx. 25 minutes.

—

The shelves should be equipped with stoppers for

the trays/frames as well as flexible stainless steel

(316 grade) connecting hoses.

—

Temperature distribution should be uniform on the

entire shelf area and in all the shelves.

Temperature differences within shelf to shelf or

any point in shelf should not be greater than

0.1^oC in running condition.

—

The temperature of the shelves should be

controllable in a range between -70^oC to +65^o C.

—

Temperature differences : in static state should be

+/- 1K on all shelves.

—

For maximum operational reliability, the freeze

dryer should be equipped with two circulation

pumps for pumping the heat transfer fluid and

operate alternately. The change-over from one

Circulation pump to the other should be carried

out automatically or manually.

—

In case of failure due to the switching - off of the

excess current release or differential pressure

switch, the change over should occur

automatically.

—

Required pump flow rate approx. 165 litre/min.

Vacuum system

—

The two-stage oil sealed rotary vane pump with a

gas ballast device to pump off all condensable

vapors. It should be equipped high vacuum

safety valve to prevent oil reflux into the vacuum

pipe and the chamber.

—

Technical requirement data for the vacuum pump:

Nominal pumping capacity per pump: 32m³/h at

50 HZ

The vacuum pump should be built into the freeze

dryer and should be easily accessible for service.

—

For operational reliability the vacuum pump

should be equipped with:

Thermal overload switch for the drive motor

An excess current release to protect the motor

in the event of overload and failure of one

phase of the mains supply.

Exhaust Filter for Vacuum Pump

The vacuum pump should be equipped with an

exhaust filter for separating oil mist for

prevention of air pollution caused by oil mist

Capacity : 0.7 Lit.

Degree of separation : 99.98%

Permissible working pressure : 1.5 bar

Mechanical devices to be installed on the machine

Hydraulic Sealing Device

—

The electro-hydraulic intermediate valve and the

stoppering device built into the freeze dryer.

—

The closing pressure on the shelf should be

adjustable up to 20 N/cm² in such a way so as to

bring about complete stoppering without breaking

the glass vials.

Facility for enlargement of the inter-distance between

the shelves should be provided to load vials of larger sizes.

Aeration Device

—

The aeration device should be capable of aerating

the drying chamber and the ice condenser

chamber with sterile air respectively nitrogen or

another inert gas.

—

This device should have stainless steel pipe

connections with following valves :

1 pneumatically operated diaphragm valve DN

15 made of stainless steel as main valve for

aeration of the drying chamber.

1 pneumatically operated diaphragm valve DN

15 as stop valve for fine or coarse aeration.

1 manual valve for coarse aeration of the

drying chamber.

1 manual valve for fine aeration of the drying

chamber.

1 solenoid valve and 1 needle valve for

pressure control with air injection Vacuum

Regulator.

A pneumatically activated diaphragm valve should be

installed in the suction pipe between the vacuum pump

and the ice condenser to regulate the working pressure in

the freeze dryer during the main drying phase.

It should have the ability to set the threshold values

anywhere between 75 and 0.001 mbar.

The pressure control valve must be closed when the

vacuum pump warms up (phase : preparation).

Pressure switch with signal to the SCADA system:

For the N2-supply to the silicon oil expansion tank.

Air Compressor

Air compressor for all pneumatically driven

components should be equipped on the machine

frame having following specifications :

Air suction volume 120 Litre/min.

Maximum pressure : 8 bar.

control of the process i.e the automated process

These materials to be supplied at Neendakara Fishery

Harbour site (Kollam District in Kerala State at 11 k.m.

from Kollam Railway Station).

Intending tenderers may submit their tenders in the

tender schedule issued from this Office. The tender form

can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer,

Harbour Engineering Division, Asramam, Kollam on

written request accompanied by necessary certificates to

prove the eligibility and on payment of Rs. 1,000+12.5%

VAT (Rs. 1,125) being the cost of tender form during the

office hours on all working days from 28-10-2009 to

6-11-2009 up to 1 p. m. Duplicate tender form if required

will be issued on application along with payment of

Rs. 500+12.5% VAT (Rs. 565). The cost of tender forms

or duplicate forms once paid will not be refunded under

any circumstances.

Tenders desirous of having tender documents by

post shall have to remit Rs. 1,175 being the cost of tender

form (Rs. 1,125+50) and Rs. 615 (Rs. 565+50) for duplicate

form by money orders. Cheques, Drafts, Postal Orders etc.

will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor

will the forms sent by V.P.P. The Department will not be

responsible for any delay caused in getting tender forms

in time either due to the postal delay or by any other

reasons.

The sealed tenders should be supercribed as "Tender

for the supply of Spare parts for 100 DP Sand Pump" and

addressed to the Executive Engineer, Harbour Engineering

Division, Kollam so as to reach the same on or before

6-11-2009 at 3 p.m. If the last date of receipt of tender

happens to be a holiday tender will be accepted upto

3 p. m. on the next working day.

The tenderers should send along with his tender

form a preliminary agreement in the prescribed proforma

attached along with the tender schedule executed and

signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (If Kerala

Stamp Paper is required by Post an amount of Rs. 100 is

to be sent by money order including the postage charge).

The tenders should also accompanied by EMD which is

1% of quoted amount rounded to nearest higher 50 Rupees

as DD pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, Harbour

Engineering Division, Kollam from any of the

Nationalised Bank having branch at Kollam. Tenders

without the required agreement and EMD will be rejected.

The tenders will be opened at 4 p. m. on 6-11-2009, in the

presence of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time. The firm

period of tender is 4 months. The conditions put

forthwith by the tenderer along with the tender will not

be accepted. The quoted rate should be inclusive of all

cost of materials taxes, duties, transit insurance and

delivery charges at site. The item shall have enough

warranty against any manufacturing defect and eligible

maximum guarantee period shall also be furnished. The

rule applicable to Store Purchase in Kerala Government is

applicable to this tender also. All conditions prevailing to

tender and all other supplementary orders related with

tender acceptance in Kerala P.W.D. are also applicable to

this tender. The undersigned reserves the right to reject

application for tender forms or submitted tenders without

assigning any reason thereof.

tenders will not be accepted. One percent of the total

cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money

Deposit. There should not be any change in cost, for the

period of 3 months from the date of opening the tender.

Tenders in original should be accompanied with

preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs.

50 (Rupees Fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be

considered. Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms

outside Kerala if required by remitting Rs. 75 (Rupees

CONDITIONS

The tenders should be superscribed with Tender

Number and name of the store articles and addressed to

the Director General of Police, State Police Headquarters,

Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram-695 010, Kerala. Late

tenders will not be accepted.

The tenders should be submitted in two separate

parts containing Technical and Financial bids in separate

sealed envelops clearly superscibed and should be put

together in a large envelop, all envelops sealed and

superscribed with “Tender No. and name of item”. If any

offer contains both technical bids and financial bids

together in one envelope, such offers shall be rejected

out right.

Opening of Tenders:—Technical bids of the offers

received with requisites EMD or Bid security with samples

will be opened on 6-11-2009 at 3 p. m. in the presence of

the representatives of the firms who may be present at

that time. All tenders received without EMD will be

rejected. The technical bids will be evaluated by a

Technical Evaluation Committee and those that do not

conform to the specifications will be rejected. The

financial bids of the technically qualified tenderers only

will be considered for opening at a later date. The date

for opening of financial bids will be intimated to the

concerned suppliers. Unopened financial bids of the

technically disqualified bidders shall be returned to them.

All the tenderers who quote for the supply of

above equipments are required to be ready for

demonstration of equipments on 7-11-2009.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Director General of Police, obtain requisite tender forms on

which the tenders should be submitted or the tender

forms may be downloaded from the Kerala Police website

www.keralapolice.org and the tenderers who download

forms should submit the required tender value as a

Demand Draft along with the tender.

Application for tender documents should be

accompanied by cash remittance or Demand Draft of the

price fixed for such tender documents. This amount is

not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. The

sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p. m. on

5-11-2009. Cheques, Postage Stamps, etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of the tender forms nor will

the tender forms be sent by VPP. However money orders

(Including telegraphic money orders) sent in the name of

the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Police

Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram-10 will be accepted.

The amount should include the postage/courier charges

for sending tender documents. The money order along

with the request should reach Police Headquarters atleast

7 days before the closing of the sales of the tender

documents enabling us to send the documents well in

advance.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) @1% of the

quoted value should be furnished along with the tender.

EMD may be submitted either in cash or crossed Bank

Drafts or Treasury Savings Bank Deposits or Government

Promissory notes or Bank Guarantee or National Saving

from furnishing EMD should produce a copy of relevant

authorized document for verification. Without EMD, the

tenders will be rejected.

Intending tenderers also may include charges for

installation (of technical items), training of officers and

on-site support at least for 3 years as warranty and

thereafter A.M.C./A.T.S. for a period of 3 years on a turn

key basis at a reasonable cost (to be specified along with

the quotation) in the tenders.

Specifications and list of items of each tender

shall be obtainable from PHQ with the tender forms during

the working hours of Police Headquarters or from the

Polic website as above. The firms should also furnish the

detailed specifications, make, brochures, Test Report from

Govt. Laboratories/agencies, (wherever possible) technical

support network in Kerala etc. of the equipments along

with the tenders. The tenders without detailed

specifications of quoted items, Brochures, Make etc. are

liable to be rejeted forthwith. The tenders without

separate envelope and not superscribing the tender

number etc. may be rejected.

Preference will be given to the products quoted

by the manufacturer or their authorised dealers having

authorisation from the original equipment manufacturer.

Similarly preference will be given to the tenderers having

experience of supplying similar/same items to Govt.

Departments or Organisations, for which the tenderer has

to produce proof of purchase/installation/satisfaction of

the customer.

In the case of Foreign Equipments the rates are

to be quoted in Indian Money also. Preference will be

given to those who are ready to supply the item without

opening Letter of Credit. Ordinarily no advance payment

will be made for procuring any of the above items. In

case, advance payment has to be made then a clear has

to be made out by the tenderer. But this will be in

extraordinary circumstances.

As the items are urgently required, the selected

bidder will have to supply the item without loss of time

preferably within a month.

13.

Samples will have to be submitted free of cost

whenever necessary which would be returned only after

Supply is effected. The firms should be ready to show

live demonstration of technical equipments at their own

cost and risk.

14.

Police Department is not liable to send any

individual communication. In some cases Police

Department is not responsible to return the samples after

verification. The rates quoted should be valid and firm till

31-3-2010.

15.

The Director General of Police is empowered to

reject any tender without assigning any reason.

equipments for new trade, Electrical Wiring and

Maintenance of Domestic Appliances of Government

Technical High School, Kozhikode.

The tenders should be superscribed as “Tender

No. B/138/2009 and due on 10-11-2009 at 3 p. m. and

addressed to the undersigned to reach him before

10-11-2009 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 11-11-2009 in

the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers, may on application to the

undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the

tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance

of Rs. 450 including VAT which is the price fixed for the

same and which is non-refundable under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on

9-11-2009. Drafts Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not

be accepted towards the cost of the forms nor will the

forms be sent as per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if

required will be issued at of Rs. 225 including VAT. per

copy.

As per tender condition the tenderer should send

along with his tender an agreement executed and signed

in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs. 50 and an EMD of 1%

of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without

agreement and EMD will be rejected. Those who want the

tender form by post should send Rs. 500 including VAT.

by Money Order to the undersigned. Outside firms who

desire to get Kerala Stamp Paper should send an

additional amount of Rs. 75 along with the cost of tender

forms.
