In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of

the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read

with Rule 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government

of Kerala hereby extend the area of practice already

assigned to Sri A. Abdul Khader, Advocate, ‘Soumya’,

Killy, Kollode P. O., Kattakkada, Thiruvananthapuram as

such in and throughout the Revenue District of

Thiruvananthapuram for five years with effect from

3-12-2007 vide Notification No. 25650/H4/2007/Law,

dated 31-1-2008, to the whole State of Kerala w.e.f.

21-10-2009 to 2-12-2012 with Register No. 115/97/TVPM.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section

10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act, 53 of 1952)

the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of

Late T. C. Sekhara Panicker, Advocate, ‘Surabhi’, Near

Town Hall, Vadakara, Kozhikode from the Register of

Notaries with effect from 23-5-2009 since he has expired.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section

10 (f) of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act, 53 of

1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the

name of Sri D. Asokan, Advocate, Prakash Home,

No. 7-Akshaya Nagar, Residency Road, Kadappakkada,

Kollam from the Register of Notaries with immediate

effect since his application for renewal of Certificate of

Practice has been rejected by the Government.
