with the tender. The tenders submitted without enclosing

the preliminary agreement and required EMD will be

rejected outright. The tenders received will be opened at

3.30 p.m. on 9-12-2009 in the presence of tenderers or

their authorized representatives present at the time of

opening. The firm period of the tender will be

4 months from the date of opening of the tender.

All the conditions in the Kerala P.W.D./HED and all

other conditions prevailing for consideration of tenders

and allied orders will be applicable to this tender also.

[Government Order (Rt.) No. 255/04/F&PD dated

29-6-2004 and allied orders will be applicable to this
