NOTICE

Whereas the above petitioners have filed the above

Succession O. P. praying for grant of Succession Certificate

as the legal heirs of the deceased Chakkunni, Thekekkara

House, Muvattupuzha for withdrawing the FD amount

Rs. 1,20,000 and its interest deposited in SBI Muvattupuzha

in the name of MACT Muvattupuzha as per award in O. P.

(MV) 5/2007 dated 24-10-2008 and allows them to collect the

same and the above original petition is being posted.

Anyone who has got objections to the above

succession O. P. is required to appear before this Hon’ble

court on 14-12-2009 at 11 A. M. in persons or through

counsel and file objections if any, failing which the above

original petition will be disposed of in their absence,

according to law.
